As part of our request process, Hyundai Motors Manufacturing Alabama, LLC (“HMMA”), will be requesting certain personal information from you, including, but not limited to, your address, telephone number, and email address, as well as copies of official documents that contains your personal identifiers, such as your passport and existing U.S. visas. Your personal information will not be voluntarily disseminated, shared, sold, or otherwise transmitted to any third party, and access to your personal information will be limited to HMMA personnel with appropriate clearances.

HMMA will take reasonable measures to safeguard and protect the privacy of your personal information, and will comply with applicable United States laws in handling this information.

HMMA is relying on the information you provide to make a written representation to the United States government on your behalf. Therefore, incomplete or inaccurate information will delay your receipt of the document you requested. Incomplete or inaccurate information also may result in the denial of your application to enter the United States and/or revocation of your visa privileges.
